The purpose of this page is to arm you with additional information about this Christ-centered fitness ministry.  Whether your goal is to start/revive a fitness ministry at your local church, to introduce Christian dance fitness within your community or to supplement your current class offerings, we are here to partner with you to ensure your kingdom success! 

 

 

We are looking for individuals with a heart for worship and a sensitivity towards God's people!  Praize Kraze® is tranforming lives!  You will witness chains falling, total release and women connecting with a NEW and refreshing freedom in Christ right in the midst of the workout.  This is real ministry for real people.  The key to being an effective Praize Kraze® instructor is not perfection or teaching experience (you need no prior experience, by the way)....it's faith and belief!

Instructor Licensing & Training:

 

PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES

 

 

The purpose of the Praize Kraze® instructor training is:

​

  •  To provide licensure to individuals to teach Praize Kraze® at their church or within their local communities (recreation center, gym, studio, etc.).

  •  To provide sample choreography.  Training includes choreography samples; however, Praize Kraze® instructors select music choices that are representative of their (and their participants') praise/worship preferences!

  •  To learn Praize Kraze® fundamentals for ongoing success as a Praize Kraze® instructor.

  •  To provide high-level information about physiology that will be helpful for any Praize Kraze® instructor; despite prior group fitness instruction experience, or lack therof.

Praize Kraze® instructor training participants will be able to:

​

  •  Apply choreography provided in training immediately!

  • Successfully create multiple class formats using the Praize Kraze® class facilitation model!

  • Learn about the anatomy of songs and how to use that information to create 'smart' and easy-to-follow choreography.

  • Establish and build a donation-based or income-generating Christian fitness ministry.

WHY PRAIZE KRAZE? 

 

Praize Kraze® was birthed out of a desire to "offer Christ" in an arena that does not typically promote the health of or seek to strenghten and lift one's eternal soul. We are deliberate in those areas and share the good news of Christ via fitness classes that promote worship and invoke praise!  With so much degradation in our society today, sexual overtones have started to overtake even our exercise options. Praize Kraze LLC is boldly answering the call for a NEW standard (that's right...a NEW standard!) of group exercise and fitness!

 

Our mission is to celebrate Christ through dance & aerobics fitness and to be a unifyng agent of race, age, fitness level, denomination and culture!

 

 

 

WHY YOU?

 

The REAL question is...why NOT you?  Your participation (as a licensed instructor) in this mission will provide a Christ-centered alternative for countless people from a variety of backgrounds!  There are many people in churches, recreation centers and within the community who desire a Christ-centered workout experience, but have been  unable to find one...until now!  YOU get to present this unique worship experience to them!  YOU get to lead them in a worship experience that will give them hope, encourage their hearts and allow them to experience the Holy Spirit in a way they never thought possible... while exercising!  The testimonies speak for themselves.  Praize Kraze is powerful and transformative!!  Your decision to impact the world through Christ-centered fitness is a kingdom win!

WHY NOW?

 

The answer to this one is easy because Praize Kraze® is long overdue!  There are many people flocking to group fitness classes, exercising to secular music they don't always understand; with lyrics they don't agree with and moves that make them uncomfortable.  They do it because they feel they don't have an alternative... 

 

The compromise is OVER...and Praize Kraze® instructors are ending it!  So see, as a licensed Praize Kraze® instructor, you play a key role in addressing a need in the lives of others!  Praize Kraze® is NOT group fitness "as usual"...and the people who are attending our classes LOVE that fact!  This is about making a kingdom difference right where we are!  Are you ready??

 

 PK ALLIANCE
(Instructor Network for Ongoing Support)

As you embark upon and continue your Praize Kraze® journey, you will gain valuable experience as an impactful and mission-minded Praize Kraze instructor.  The instructor network (PK Alliance) will be your source of receiving and providing support.  The PK Alliance is collaboration-based. This means that ongoing mentoring, communication & support is received both from and within the network.  As is with the body of Christ, we must look to each other for support and strength.

 

This approach:

 

  • First and foremost, reinforces the foundational scripture (below) for all Praize Kraze® instructors.

  • Allows instructors of various experience levels to benefit from one another's expertise.

  • Encompasses a variety of activities (communication, song/choreography sharing, back-fill assistance, etc.).

  • Ensures mentoring focus is not placed upon any one person's shoulders.

  • Encourages inclusivity (all instructors are a part of PK Alliance from day one)

INSTRUCTOR LICENSING
Now we're getting to the good part!
 

Our awesome instructor training licenses instructors to teach and represent Praize Kraze® as an instructor for one year (12 months)!   Training includes Praize Kraze® content, ministry guidelines, teaching fundamentals, choreography and high-level physiology.  Believe us when we tell you, you WILL be prepared and effective.  You may be a little nervous before your first class, but the Holy Spirit will be with you...fortifying you every step of the way!

 

Once you are licensed, you will receive a beautiful certificate of licensure.  You will be authorized to teach Praize Kraze® anywhere.  This includes YMCAs, recreation centers, fitness facilities -ANYWHERE!  If there is a need and interest for Chris-centered fitnes, YOU can be the one to fill it!  

 

 

 

ANNUAL RELICENSING

 

Praize Kraze® instructor licenses renew annually. . . on the anniversary of your initial training.  Annual Relicensing is $100.   The full relicensing fee is due 30 days prior to the expiration of your license. (For example, if you are licensed on March 26th; your relicensing fee is due by February 26th each year thereafter).

ON-SITE TRAINING

 

 

 

 

 

 

On-site training is facilitated in Winston-Salem, Greensboro or Kernersville, NC. Open registration typically happens 1 - 2 times a year.

 

Step 1:  During open registration, CLICK ON THE ORANGE BOX (below) and register to secure your slot for training (this is the only way we know you are seriously interested in being licensed).  Your payment obligates Praize Kraze® to communicate with and include you in the coordination of an upcoming training class that works for you!

 

Step 2:  Everyone who registers is contacted to coordinate training date availability.  In the past, we set dates and secured the training site in advance; then discovered the dates did not align with trainees' schedules.  Now, you register first and we set the date based on everyone's availability within 30 days!  This has worked a lot better!

 

Step 3:  Get excited!  You are about to fufill one of God's PERFECT plans for your life!  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

REMOTE TRAINING

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Remote training is currently offered for those who wish to connect with the fitness minstry as an instructor; however, do not live within close proximity to the NC triad area.   We do not want anyone to incur huge costs for travel and lodging for training; so we are currently facilitating training via a live video stream...this means you can be trained in the comfort of your own home!  Yes, you heard us right...all you'll need is an internet connection for the video tool (similar to Oovoo) and you're all set!  It is very individualized and EXTREMELY thorough.  

 

NOTE: We have interest from across the country and have instructors who have traveled to the triad to attend.  If you reside in NC and can reasonably travel to attend an on-site training in the triad, we encourage you to consider.

 

Step 1:  CLICK ON THE ORANGE BOX (below) and register to secure your slot for training (this is the only way we know you are seriously interested in being licesened).  

 

Step 2:  Identify 3 dates that work for you within 30 to 45 days (we are flexible and will work around your schedule - no worries!!)  You should plan for a 4 to 5- hour timeframe.  Have these dates ready when we contact you to finalize your training date.

 

Step 3:  We will send your training manual in the mail and give you access to videos that supplement your upcoming training.

 

Step 4:  Familiarize yourself with the information in the manual, review the videos and get ready to be blown away as you embark upon your life as a Christian fitness instructor!  All praises to God!

 

 

 

Training (At Your Location)

 

If you are interested in being licensed at your location (we train you on-site at a location in your area), there are three requirements:

  

  • No more than 2 hours away from area code 27284.

  • Minimum of 3 registered trainees (all 3 must be registered before plans are made).  4th registrant is free.  (This is a perfect opportunity to solicit interest from others in your area!).

  • Since we are not familiar with your area, your help will be needed to locate a place for your training.
