1. Click on the picture that corresponds with the training type (on-site/remote) you are selecting. 

2. Select "Add To Cart" to add the licensing class to your shopping cart.  

3. Confirm Quantity = 1.

4. Click "checkout" to be taken to secure payment processing with PayPal. (If applicable, enter coupon code here)

5. If you do not have a Paypal account and prefer to write a check, please make it out to "Praize Kraze LLC" and mail to Post Office Box 1536, Kernersville, NC 27285. (Check must be ​received by posted registration deadline).

Please note, the licensing fee is non-refundable.  If you are unable to attend your scheduled licensing class for whatever reason, we will work with you to reschedule during another open registration!
